The softball game today has been cancelled.
The baseball game will now be held at Copper Hills.
Soccer is still on and will also be held at Copper Hills.

Twitter Message Problem Troubleshooting

We have had some problems with people being able to message our Copper Hills Twitter account. It seems that the issues may be the mobile browser or app that is on the mobile device being used to send the message. Below is the fix that was sent to us from Twitter. They have had “bugs” with some apps and browsers and are working to fix the issues. Hopefully this helps. Happy Tweeting!
To troubleshoot your issue, we recommend that you clear your mobile browser’s cache from your device’s settings. You also may want to try powering you device off and then back on again. If this does not resolve the issue, please try going to mobile.twitter.com/debug on your device’s mobile browser. From there, we’ll be able to troubleshoot further.

Copper Hills Stands Out in DECA State Competition

Last Thursday and Friday, 15 DECA club members competed in the State Tournament, which gathered over 1000 students in Utah. Five of our students did very well on Thursday and advanced to compete in the finals on Friday. They were Sierra Nichols, Wyatt Green, Justin Hammond, Aaron Wickham and Lance Mochizuki.
On Friday, the following students made the “Top 10” in their event.
Justin Hammond in Marketing Management
Aaron Wickham in Principles of Marketing
The team of Sierra Nichols and Wyatt Green in Hospitality Services
Sierra and Wyatt also competed in Entrepreneurship – Innovation
Justin Hammond in Entrepreneurship – Growing Your Business
In the final Awards Ceremony, Sierra Nichols and Wyatt Green took 4th in Hospitality Services.
Justin Hammond took 1st place in Entrepreneurship!! He will be going to Anaheim, California to represent Copper Hills DECA by competing in the international competition in late April.
Congratulations to all these competitors for their preparation and best efforts at State.
