Schedule Change Information

Non-essential schedule changes are now over. If you want to be a teacher aide, please contact the teacher you want to aide for and have him/her email your counselor with your name and the period for which you’re adding “teacher aide.” At this time, you can only aide for a teacher during a period you intend to drop; we cannot be changing classes around. If you want work release, see your counselor no later than Tuesday, Aug. 27th. Contact your counselor if you have any questions.

2013 Graduation Information

The theme for graduation this year is:
“Many a battle we have won, but now the fight has just begun”
Graduation practices will be held on June 3rd @ 9 a.m. at CHHS.
Graduation Day is June 4th at the Maverick Center at 10 a.m. No photography will be allowed. Pictures need to be taken outside the venue before the ceremony begins. Doors open to the public at 9:15 a.m. If you have any questions please contact the main office.

CHHS Holds Record for Most Completed FAFSA

As of April 12th, CHHS had 228 seniors start the FAFSA and 194 of those students completed it. According to the UHEAA, Copper Hills has the most completed FAFSA in the state. Thanks to all the students, parents, teachers, and counselors who helped make this happen. We have a great school!

Broadview University Career Preview Day

At Broadview University there will be a Career Preview Day on April 30, 2013 featuring interactive workshops to highlight the IT, Massage Therapy, Paralegal, and Veterinarian Technology fields. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in activities.
Dissection will be the focus for the Vet Tech workshop, networking is the emphasis of IT, Gun Control will be researched in the Paralegal workshop, and Injury Prevention and Self Care will be stressed in Massage Therapy. Students will have the opportunity to discover interesting application for each program, ask questions of the Program Chair, and experience working with others who also share their passion.
Broadview University West Jordan Campus, 1842 West 7800 South, West Jordan is where student will check in. To hold places for your students, please call (801) 304-4224 and let us know how many people to expect. If there are more than 15 from your school who want to attend, Broadview will be happy to provide a bus to help get the students to the WJ Campus.
